Processing time
Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days of payment confirmation.

Shipping rates
Canada: $2.99 standard shipping — free on orders $50 or more.
United States: $14.99 standard shipping — free on orders $75 or more.
United Kingdom: $19.99 standard shipping — free on orders $100 or more.
Rest of World: $24.99 flat rate — no free shipping threshold applies.

Estimated delivery times
Canada: 3–5 business days after dispatch
United States: 5–8 business days after dispatch
United Kingdom: 7–14 business days after dispatch
Rest of World: 7–14 business days after dispatch

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and local postal services.

Order tracking
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Customs and duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by your local government. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
